With a background in Psychology and Pedagogy, and fluency in both English and Portuguese, she developed a solid foundation for understanding people, decision-making processes, and value creation. This vision was deepened through her postgraduate studies and MBA in Marketing, Performance, and Branding, solidifying an approach that connects strategy, positioning, and growth.
Over more than a decade of experience, Simone identified a critical gap in the digital space: the distance between the technical excellence of leading professionals and the way their value is perceived in the market.
